i wrote this song in early march, after my usual "holy shit i just released an album! better write 20 more songs immediately!" phase that i am currently going through as well. this is one of the VERY very few that survived and i think it's for good reason. i think it's one of my better songs i have wrote. you can kinda hear me getting into it towards the end while i'm doing all those "ooooooohhhhhhh"s. as for what it's about? honestly i have no idea. it feels pretty good to be able to say that nowadays.

i always really enjoy the guitar part that i play live. it's a beautiful melody and it involves difficult picking so i got the best of both worlds.

being one of the first songs that i was shown, this was for sure one of my early favorites from the album. i seemed to always screw up playing this on bass for some reason but once i got it figured out well enough it was always super fun to play. the lyrics of this also double as some really ominous tidbits for flyers and the like.
